These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, AI inference services, and APIs provided by CLOVERHAY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company established in the United States, at caisl.cc (the “Services”). Model inference is performed in Singapore.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must comply with applicable laws and have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your inputs and use the Services.
You must not use the Services for unlawful activities, to infringe others’ rights, to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or to disrupt the Services.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API credentials and for activity performed using them.
You retain your rights in the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of generated outputs.
You authorize us to process your content solely as necessary to provide the requested inference service.
Applicable model licenses and third-party rights may affect your use of particular models and outputs. These Terms do not grant rights beyond those we are entitled to provide.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Outputs do not replace qualified professional advice.
Fees and payment terms for direct customers are those presented at purchase or agreed in writing.
If you access the Services through OpenRouter or another platform, your payment arrangements with that platform are governed by its terms.
Models, features, and usage limits may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Although CLOVERHAY LLC is established in the United States, Customer Content submitted for model inference is processed in Singapore.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Any payment obligations already incurred remain due.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLOVERHAY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and updating the effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
A separate written agreement with us controls to the extent that it conflicts with these Terms.
